Especially for those that are most vulnerable. In doing so, I value that my advice or work as a consultant or interim manager/-director is carried by the people in the organization. They need to believe that the change we make is the right change. In addition, the solution has to be well thought-out and executable; otherwise nothing will change. A successful change is driven by a successful implementation, not just a bright idea.

At Novalogos I work for a better public sector. I have a background in sustainable innovation in an urban context by finding synergies in societal, governance and technical solutions. I put this to use for public organizations by connecting solutions on different levels: from execution to policy. In doing so, I like to work in a multi stalkeholder environment and by doing a thorough analysis of the current situation. I work from positivity, trust and with consideration for all parties involved.

From my experience in the private sector and my background in ethics I am convinced that change always requires a people-oriented approach. With an eye for motivation, commitment, atmosphere and support, I connect the input of all parties at different levels involved to achieve a common ambition. Together with the people involved, I make small steps when necessary and bigsteps where possible. This approach provides a lot of positive energy. My goal is always to contribute to a sustainable result and to make an impact on themes that really matter to me.

In my work I focus on organizational support: both temporary support to board and management in public organizations and as a project support for my colleagues at Novalogos. I have extensive experience as a secretary at board level, which I take with me in my work. In addition, I make sure that everything runs smoothly at our office.
Rinka Stoop
Financial support
I have experience as an administrative assistent, secretary, and office manager. At Novalogos I am responsible for financial administration. Working in a young and enthusiastic team in which mutual trust is high, appeals to me. As a grandmother of six grandchildren, I also keep up to date with what is going on with the younger colleagues!
