Our focus is to ensure the ‘policy on paper’ becomes reality. In addition, we are also uniquely capable to translate the needs of execution to policy and to prepare the required decision-making.

Our projects

We work for and with a variety of public organizations. Some examples of how we help them contribute to a more resilient and prosperous society:

Collaboration between law enforcement and social care in domestic violence

In this project we implemented the policy to give an organization against domestic violence a place in the collaboration between law enforcement and social care. Bringing these different perspectives together has lead to better decisions about suspects in domestic violence cases. As such, we contributed to more safety within families in one of our country’s biggest cities.

National coordination of contact tracing COVID-19

During the COVID pandemic we contributed to the national coordination of the execution of contact tracing research. Our role was to manage the team responsible for the national execution of contact tracing and work with various regional health departments to make the collaboration with national partners a success, and to translate national policies to execution and implementation.

Setting up of a new organization in complex chain collaboration

Together with the network partners, we built the driving principles of a new organization against domestic violence. We set up the governance and operations accordingly: to support and help victims of domestic violence in the most accessible and low-threshold way.

Our team

We are a team of consultants with diverse backgrounds, personalities education and experience. We have our knowledge of the public sector, how people deal with change, and organizational structures in common. We use this combination to make our society a better place.
